With traditional carrier providers, you may deal with several representatives and unsatisfactory service. With Hiscall Voice Connect, you will deal directly with the Hiscall staff from start to finish. In addition, we have a dedicated team ready to assist you with design, installation, and service issues. We will provide a faster response time with service issues and the initial cutover process.


Hiscall will propose a voice service package tailored to your needs. Our flexible plans allow you to pick and choose what works best for your business. Customize the experience the way you want. Many customers find that HVC is lower than traditional carrier prices.


We will offer price protection of a 1, 2, or up to a 3-year contract, but if for some reason the customer is not completely satisfied, they can terminate the agreement with a 60 day written notice.


HVC works with any existing phone system/brand you currently have to protect your investment. We can also port existing numbers, so you keep the numbers you currently have without disrupting your business.


Hiscall Voice Connect has a recovery plan that will keep your business communicating, no matter what takes your communications down. With HVC, layers of redundancy are in place with multiple geographically redundant offices and data centers.  Our team works closely with its vendors to manage any potential impacts, and we can adjust rapidly should the need arise.


If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of Hiscall Voice Connect, Hiscall will release you of your contractual obligation with a 60-day notice.
