Smart Alarm
Alarms are monitored and managed 24/7/365 by the HISCALL System Monitoring and Alarm Response Tool (SMART). This system is the ONLY multi-port solution on the market today that will not only capture and acknowledge alarms from communications systems including Definity G3r, G3si, G3csi, S8700, S8500, S8300 as well as Definity Audix and Intuity Audix, but also can automatically dial-back into the system via standard modem connection or RAS/PPP connection and perform up to three pre-defined commands (tests) on the maintenance object that triggered the alarm and automatically email the complete test results to the technician assigned to that account and to the end-user.
HISCALL System Monitoring and Alarm Response Tool (SMART) was originally developed with the cooperation of the US Navy and is currently used to monitor and manage Definity and Intuity Audix systems at over 100 military bases for the United States Navy (USN), United States Marine Corp (USMC), and the United States Coast Guard (USCG) throughout the United States, as well as the highest offices in the United States Government.
SMART delivers 24x7 Alarm Notification and Management via Email, Pager Notification, Printer, Text Messaging (SMS) and Web Access based on severity of alarm, Product ID or Caller-ID of the system.
