HISCALL offers a variety of maintenance options for each customer’s application. Maintenance agreements can be individually designed to meet each company’s particular needs. Whether it's 8am-5pm, 24hrs a day, full or partial service contracts are available. No matter which contract you select, you receive the following standard items:

- No charge for 1st 30 minutes of remote changes (when available)
- Remote Access trouble reporting (you must provide telco line to access)
- Free Help desk support
- Free trip charge for maintenance problems
- Free parts and labor for items covered under Warranty and Maintenance
- Priority dispatch when problems arise
- Qualified, trained, certified, & knowledgeable personnel
- Local access to $2 million dollars of inventory
- 24 X 7 Technical Services Organization (TSO)
- Full-Service Business Partner – Certified Technicians, Project Managers, Software Specialists, On-site Trainers, Account Consultants, Cabling and Data & TSO
